Activate Inclusion is founded on an abiding commitment to social justice.
Thus, during this formative time of the business, we have been crafting our collective approach to...well, just about everything!
We all had experiences working in classic hierarchical organizations - where power is top-heavy; pay practices are opaque and filled with inequities; there’s an inordinate number of confidential files; and owner profits are lopsided. In considering our founding principles and purpose, our core group decided to “BE the change” in our business practices and infrastructure.
As a result, we have implemented some new-to-us approaches and are excited to share them with you here.
