She/Her
My and my partner’s life goal is to nurture our children into becoming awesome human beings. We do this by trying to LOL once each day and let go of the outcome and enjoy the process despite the many white-knuckle moments. In our newly minted empty-nested life we are deepening our friendships, kayaking, hiking and taking up pickleball.
Coach | Managing Member | Senior Consultant
It has been a journey to bring me to where I am now, and I am right where I am supposed to be. I live my life in the belief that connections between people are real and powerful, and my practice centers on this to help individuals achieve fulfillment and organizations to reach inspired success. I focus on blending my experience in coaching, innovation, leadership and business with a creative, human approach. I like to challenge clients to get uncomfortable and grow, to think in new ways and try new approaches. I am successful because I also hold their humanity, their experiences, their goals and dreams.
As an Activate Managing Member and senior consultant I co-lead the Leadership Development practice providing leadership and systems facilitation/consulting as well as executive coaching. I joined Activate Inclusion because of our deep conviction that people and organizations are at their best when everyone is valued and included.
Prior to joining Activate, I worked for 20 years in leadership development in large and small organizations as well as starting my own consulting firm. I have consulted across multiple industries including bio tech, pharmaceutical, tech, manufacturing, healthcare as well as non-profit and government. I have led large-scale process change projects, worked with management teams to develop strategy and increase team performance, and developed corporate-wide leadership programs. I am continually expanding my coaching skills and philosophy to my facilitation by ‘coaching the room’ and applying systems and relational coaching awareness with my clients.
I started my joint love of art and business at The University of Pennsylvania where I received BA in Fine Arts and a BSE in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business. After a stint as a Product Manager in CPG, I continued my journey by obtaining my doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Boston University where I studied Creative Coalitions© and their role in breakthrough innovation. I am a certified Co-Active coach and am certified in Meyers Briggs personality type, Insights Discovery, ESCI ™ (EI tool) and am currently working on my Systems and Relational Coaching certification.
