I strongly believes that systemic change happens first and foremost at the personal level, but is perfected and sustained in the context of teamwork and inter-personal relationships. In the midst of a successful business career, I reinvented myself as a change agent and coach - inspired by the impact of values-based leadership on business results and employee engagement. I’m an accomplished business executive and leadership coach with over 20-years of success in leadership roles within Marketing, Analytics, Strategy & Operations at Fortune 100 companies.

I work with leaders at organizations large and small and have worked across many industries including technology, retail, and finance. I thrive working with individuals to define leadership and personal goals before identifying and moving beyond limiting behaviors that are impeding their success. My coaching focus areas include management effectiveness, emotional intelligence, trust, leading through change and uncertainty, interpersonal effectiveness, collaboration skills and self-awareness.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT, Bombay and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. IIT and IIM are the elite, world-ranked institutions for Engineering and Management education in India. I’m also a 2014 graduate of the ICF-certified coach training program at Newfield Network.
