She/Her
My passions include exploring the intersections of creativity, faith, and metaphysics, often in the middle of the woods on a mountain trail.
My alter ego has a permanent table at Les Cafe Deux Magots where she discusses art, poetry, and deep existential questions.
I live in perpetual wonder of the world, what it means to be human in this time, and how I may work to ease suffering.
Senior Consultant | Coach
My lived experience has forged my desire to create a harmonious world where differences are nurtured, protected, and celebrated. As a Dominican-born daughter of alate political leader and revolutionary, my formative years were spent in turmoil and crisis until we immigrated to New England. Growing up as “the only” in all-white ruralMaine only served to feed my intellectual curiosity, drive to excel within the dominant culture.
As an adult, my 30-year career leading brand, product, and organizational development for boutique brands such as L.L. Bean, Plow&Hearth/1800Flowers, Garnet Hill/HSNi, cultivating relationships around the globe. These relationships further fueled my desire to envision a world where we may all thrive as our better selves. I have recently shifted from corporate to academia as Dean of Faculty for a small independent school in northern New Hampshire. This new role allows me to impact future leaders, inspired to help others explore new approaches to power and methods of inquiry to meet this challenging and transformative time.
Foundational to my consulting and coaching approach is the belief that each of us has the capacity to find connections across differences. I strive to create brave and safe places to mirror, challenge assumptions, and inspire creative solutions. Through dialogue and compassionate action, I use empathy and an expansive toolbox to identifyand help to heal fragmented systems through connected leadership.
