She/Her
I am a devoted yogi, both on and off the mat, who has found spiritual guidance in its ancient teachings. There’s a practice for every mood – yin, kundalini, bhakti, restorative, vinyasa, and many more!
I grew up in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area on unceded Ohlone land and now reside in Reno, NV amidst the High Eastern Sierra foothills with my partner and doggo.
Consultant | Coach
I practice organization and human development as an applied behavioral science guided by core values such as inclusion and belonging, personal leadership, and lifelong learning. My purpose as a practitioner is to facilitate optimal learning and development among individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize their fulfillment and success. I am passionate about developing purpose-driven leaders and championing healthy workplace cultures that address both individual and enterprise needs. As someone who’s grown up with race and class privilege, I seek to understand the differential experiences of people based on their social identities and how systems of oppression divide us. In my work as an organizational consultant, coach, and educator, I strive to bridge differences and co-create conditions that support equitable outcomes, individually and collectively.
I’m an active leader at Golden Gate University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Adjunct Co-Professor in courses including Organization Development & Behavior; Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in Organizations; Interpersonal Coaching Skills & Practices; and Structure, Theory, & Ethics of Conflict Resolution. I also provide project management and organization development consultancy to several professional services consulting firms for clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
I hold a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a certificate in Conflict Resolution from Golden Gate University, a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and a certification in Bridging Differences from UC Berkeley.
