My passion is to help people grow and go beyond their limitations by bringing clarity of purpose and greater self-awareness into my client’s lives. I’m energized by making connections that build a culture/community based on mutual respect, on-going learning and stretching outside of the comfort zone.
With more than 18 years of experience as a professional coach and facilitator, I’ve formally coached hundreds of individuals and groups, conducted strategic planning retreats and facilitated a variety of trainings in the global marketplace. My areas of expertise are inter-personal communications, cross-cultural business leadership and change management. Using the tools of consultation, coaching, team building, and management training, I help clients build workplace partnerships that yield excellent business results.
I’m a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York and California. I received my masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and my undergrad degree from University of California Berkeley. I am also a certified Social Styles Leadership model facilitator, MBTI assessment facilitator, DiSC Assessment facilitator, and a Master Practitioner License in NLP and the EQ Baron Assessment tool
