I am also a life-long theatre practitioner and have worked with many important theatre companies, including Steppenwolf Theatre, Shakespeare and Company, the Magic Theatre, and the Royal Court and Chichester Festival in England. I was also part of the visual effects production teams of several Academy Award winning films including The Matrix.

In my decades of practice in organization development, I have seen the impact that conscientiously building cultures of belonging and inclusion has on organization’s ability to realize its mission and vision. I help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their highest aspirations through a practical and equity-centered approach.  As a senior consultant, I provide organizational consulting and training services as well as individual coaching to Activate’s clients.

Over the years I have consulted to a wide variety of organizations, from small non-profits to large global corporations. Much of my work in the last decade has centered on the world of philanthropy – helping foundations bring a collaborative approach to the way they invest their resources and to the relationships with the communities and organizations they support. I hold a BA in Theatre and Psychology from Bennington College in Vermont.
