I bring to my practice 18 years of Corporate experience in sales, marketing, e-Inclusion and strategic planning in the U.S. and Asia. As a consultant, I’m experienced in facilitating 7 – 300+ sized global teams to bring about strategic change. In my role as Chief-of-Staff to the Senior Vice President of a US$17+ billion business in a Fortune 100 company, I provided leadership from strategic development to operational excellence; delivering double digit top-and bottom-line growth.

Clients describe me as ‘wicked smart’, warm, sophisticated and insightful. Born in Singapore, I speak three languages and my work and travels have taken me across Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and the Americas. My diverse business experience coupled with my global citizenship has brought a deep awareness and thoughtful approach to more than a decade of successful coaching and consulting in challenging business, leadership and team situations.
