Stephanie is an experienced diversity professional and educator, with expertise in translating executive strategy into action. She is passionate and skilled in DEIB, change management, learning assessment, design and delivery, with a proven ability to create sustainable, engaging processes/programs. After a long career in-house, Stephanie now provides DEI consulting and coaching to organizations of all kinds. Her previous experience includes working in some of San Francisco Bay Area’s signature companies.
Her 20+ year experience includes a wide range of varied HR functions, including executive coaching, leadership training, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment, human resources and talent management. She is a certified Talent Management Life Cycle and Optimization Consultant, with a focus on inclusive workplace practices to source, recruit, engage, and advance diverse employees.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources /Organization Development from University of San Francisco. She serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Charles Davidson College of Engineering and is an Instructor for UCSC Extension HR Management Certificate Program.
