I’m a Jamaican immigrant who is passionate about the impacts of oppression on the many marginalized identities of communities of color

In my spare time, I’m an aspiring home chef.

Senior Consultant

With a compassionate growth mindset, I thrive facilitating conversations based on racial equity and helping organizations develop cultures and practices that advance inclusion and diversity. I’m committed to developing frameworks rooted in strong relationships that support equity and collaboration. As a consultant at the intersection of mental health and organizational culture, I have over a decade of experience working in healthcare management, including Big Four consulting, supporting organizational strategy development, and change management across the continuum of care.

I am also a registered associate professional clinical counselor. In my clinical work, I strive to co-create courageous healing spaces with my clients through a culturally inclusive, trauma-informed lens. Through my role as a Therapist in Residence with the Bay Area Chapter of The Association of Black Psychologists, I work to support youth, individual adults, couples, and families in a group practice setting and community mental health partnerships

I serve on the Board of Directors of the California Association for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, for which I am also President-elect. I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Counseling and Health Services Administration.
