My work is deeply integrated into who I am so when I am not coaching you can probably find me meditating at home or in some cave, exercising, hiking around some of the most outstanding places on earth, honoring my relationships (my partner, family, friends...), dancing or of course, enjoying multi-cultural food.

Personal/Professional/Human/Leadership...development (call it whatever you want), is not my job. At this point it's not even my passion. It's my calling. A vocation I feel I have both nurtured and been forced into out of my life's circumstances as a worldly man born on Lebanese soil. 

Supporting human beings to truly know themselves and to love, yes, love themselves, each other and their lives is no longer a luxury, it is a must. I have for so long experienced the suffering (sometimes even atrocities) that stem from a sense of separation and going through the world unaware and purposeless. I aim to change that to the best of my abilities.  

I am an engineer by education. I hold a master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University. I spent the first part of my career being a direct contributor to the development of wide ranging sales organizations of all sizes - from tech startups to billion $ distributors. It has made me a savvy consultant and sales professional. In 2016, I founded Lead From Within, an organization that has a mission to empower individuals and teams with more Powerful, Kind, and Authentic Leadership.  I Love to help people create themselves and their dreams.
