Over the course of my undergraduate career I fell in love birds and birding and, while restricted to North America, I have spotted over 200 species!

I describe myself as an expert novice. I love to learn, to explore new fields and ways of thinking. I think it’s vital we approach the world open-minded and curious - how else are we going to hear what it has to say?

I started working on the ActivateInclusion website March 2021. It’s been a joy, as I resonate strongly with the values of Activate: empathetic listening, reflection with action, and a conscious, constant effort to re-frame western individualistic thinking back to the collective.

I’m a systems thinker to my core - whether they be biological, electronic, or social. I graduated Quest University in 2020 with a Bachelors of Arts and Science (B.A.Sc.) focusing on ecology and technology. From academic, professional, and personal experience I am skilled in Microsoft Office, R studio, Photoshop, Squarespace and have familiarity with GitHub, Shopify, Unity, ArcGIS and more.
