I’m a trained Indian classical dancer in the form of Bharat Natyam and a founding member of RISE, a social enterprise bridging Silicon Valley and humanitarian response.

I love to build human capacity and resiliency in all people. I have a strong background in facilitation, strategy development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. I draw on experience growing teams, launching programs, and developing cross-sector partnerships in the NGO, start-up and consulting sectors. I’ve led a series of initiatives focused on sustainability and social impact via corporate-NGO partnerships. My work is focused on delivering results and balancing both systematic and individual perspectives when working with clients.

I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the Wright Institute and a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
