Coach | Senior Consultant
My work addresses the relationship between individual meaning and organizational effectiveness. Utilizing a “grounded innovation” approach – the action-orientation of a consultant with the reflective, discovery-based methods of a coach – I help clients address systemic and personal barriers. I’m passionate about helping people experience more energy, more purpose, and more success - encouraging them to challenge their status quo in order to increase their impact, influence, and satisfaction. For Activate, I provide DEI consulting with a focus on Boards and executives.
I led Employee Development at Yahoo!, responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing oversight of global on-boarding, professional capability development, and career development. Before Yahoo!, I spent 12 years in management consulting, primarily with Deloitte Consulting and Deloitte Services, where my expertise in coaching, individual effectiveness, organizational change, and strategic communications to translate business strategy into action and outcomes.
I hold an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University. I have also received extensive coaches training through CTI and CRR Global.
